MEET THE TEAM

Steve and Deb Jeffrey founded and lead Reasonate.

 

Steve has a lifelong passion to build strong foundations in people and organizations. He has served over 150 organizations in cultural development, strategy, affiliations and growth. He is a former Managing Director of Ziegler Investment Banking and principal of Third Age, Inc, (non-profit consulting) ,and most recently was the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for Garden Spot Communities. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cairn University and is a certified Master Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors. He is a frequent speaker at local, regional and national conferences.

Deb co-leads our Enneagram Training and coordinates many of our client assignments, keeping the process moving and on-track.  She is a Registered Nurse and a PATH-certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor with a long career of serving others through her work in home health, teaching, and equine therapeutic services to help people with special needs to grow using innovative techniques.  

 

Steve and Deb live in Lititz, PA (the coolest small town in America!). Together they enjoy anything active - playing tennis, music, biking, horses, running and kayaking.
